On the home screen, tap “Parcels”. Enter the pickup point and the delivery address (place both on the map), the recipient’s phone, the type of parcel (envelope, simple parcel or box), its contents and a photo of the packed parcel. The delivery price is shown based on distance. Tap “Find a courier”: the nearest couriers receive the request.
Open the “Activity” tab then your shipment. You see the current step (looking for a courier, courier on the way, parcel picked up, delivered), the courier with their photo and number, and their location on the map during the delivery. You also get a notification at each step.
Every delivery has a 4-digit code. The recipient gives it to the courier only when they have the parcel or order in their hands: without this code, the courier cannot confirm the delivery. You can send the code to the recipient by WhatsApp from the shipment tracking.
Mobile Money in Benin (MTN MoMo, Moov Money, Celtiis Cash, Coris Money, BestCash Money), bank card (Visa, Mastercard), the Zeyini wallet, and for meals cash on delivery or at pickup, when the restaurant accepts it (if possible, have the exact amount ready). For cash on delivery, the courier’s Mobile Money withdrawal fee is added, shown before you confirm. In Account, then Payment methods, save your Mobile Money numbers and choose your default method: it will already be selected when you order.
Choose a restaurant, add dishes to the cart, then tap the cart. Choose delivery or takeaway, the time, your address, then your payment method. An order paid online is only sent to the restaurant once payment is received.
In “At home”, choose the service (cleaning, laundry, cook, shopping, carrying, home help), the duration, the date and the address. You choose your provider or let Zeyini take the first available. For craftspeople and other trades (repairs, parties and ceremonies, photo, hairdressing, sewing, lessons), you pick your dates: only those who are free are shown. The provider offers a price and a number of hours, you discuss it by message, then you confirm and pay. The price paid includes Zeyini's service fee, shown separately.
You pay when booking from the wallet; if money is missing, you pay the rest by Mobile Money or card and the booking goes through right away. The money stays held until the end: it is only paid to the provider after your confirmation, or automatically 24 hours after the announced end with no reply from you. A cancellation before the start is refunded in full to the wallet.
Tap “Become a courier” (home or Account, Earn money with Zeyini section). You need a valid ID (passport, CIP, ID card or residence permit with front and back), a photo of you, your means of transport and your Mobile Money number to get paid. The team checks the application before activating the account.
